The results are in! Data in Art.

Today, 5th graders completed an online art class survey. The answered questions about their artistic experience and the results were surprising!

When asked the question "Do you consider yourself an artists?", 35 students responded.

Most students responded with a 3 on a scale of 1-5, #1 being "the next Picasso" and 5 being "can't draw a stick figure".

Students also shared what kinds of artistic mediums they have tried before:

When asked what kinds of artistic mediums they would like to try in the future, students responded most strongly with sculpture, charcoal, and digital art:

Lastly, students shared their favorite art project of all time. An overwhelming amount of students (22 out of 35, to be exact) said clay and pottery were their favorite art projects ever!
